Weight Loss Programs

What is the weight loss program I am running?
I have put together 3 program options –

1. Body Balance   

2. hCG   or  

3. Body Reset.

The first I am sharing is the Body Balance. This program is designed for busy people who are not necessarily into cooking 3 meals a day.

It is a fat loss program that has been proven safe and effective. It is a carbohydrate restricted diet that includes all major food groups, including protein and healthy fats.

The program encourages the body to utilize fat as the primary source of fuel by restricting dietary carbohydrates and thus glucose availability. By doing this a metabolic shift occurs towards fat metabolism which means you lose fat, not muscle.

Successful weight loss programs vary in their approach. By taking the advantages of the better programs I have devised a system that works. Accountability is a key – so weekly weigh ins (and/or measure) is essential. It also allows us to see if weight loss has stagnated (or happening too fast) and so address this before you lose motivation.

Using body composition scales means we can track not just weight loss, but also fat loss and muscle percentage.

Carbohydrate restricted diets are far more effective than low fat diets, and have the following benefits:

Increased fat loss whilst preserving muscle mass
Loss of visceral adipose tissue
(unhealthy fat surrounding your organs)
Increased satiety (so you don’t feel hungry)
Reduction in insulin levels
Improvement in heart health
Improved metabolism
