We sometimes think we are eating the right foods and in the right proportions but wonder why we are not at optimal health or weight. These reports help highlight where we can improve our diet.
By tracking your food intake Sally can enter the data and produce a report to help you understand where you may be able to improve your eating habits. You may be having the right food choices but in the wrong proportions for example.

An appointment can also be made to help you get more out of your report and include suggestions of how to improve your diet.
This may include protein suggestions for breakfast, how to reduce your calorie intake without feeling deprived, how to vary your menu whilst increasing the nutrient density.
Our intake needs differ with age and activity level. For example, when performing intense physical training carbohydrate levels increase in comparison to those with a sedentary lifestyle.
