“I’ve lost centimetres around my tummy, my clothes are fitting better, and the brain fog has genuinely lifted. I went from grabbing takeaway most nights to feeling organised and prepared — even on my busiest days. The results motivated me to keep going.” — Noelene W.
Monday morning, this is the week you’re going to eat properly.
Then your brain starts running before your feet hit the floor.
Work. Emails. Mum’s appointment. Messages you haven’t answered. Walk the dog. What’s happening tonight? Who’s coming for dinner?
Breakfast becomes toast on the run.
Lunch is whatever you can grab because you don’t have the bandwidth to turn lunch into another bloody project.
And by dinner, you’re done.
Except apparently you’re not, because someone still has to decide what everyone is eating.
So you tell yourself:
I’ll sort myself out tomorrow.
And tomorrow keeps becoming next Monday.
“I was doing everything I thought was right, but still dealing with bloating, that 3pm energy crash, brain fog and no motivation. I didn’t realise how much my diet was affecting all of it until I did this program.” — C.S.
You probably already know protein matters.
You know vegetables are good for you.
You know you should move your body and build strength.
You know sleep matters.
Knowing what to do and consistently doing it are two very different things.
The Reset isn’t designed to give you another pile of information to remember.
It’s designed to make the doing easier.
Absolutely.
You could find recipes, build a meal plan, work out your protein, plan the shopping, research movement and piece it all together yourself.
But that’s not what you’re paying for.
You’re paying to stop piecing it together yourself.
For 28 days, the structure is already there — so instead of spending another month thinking about getting started, you can actually start.
“Less bloating, more energy, clearer thinking. I feel lighter and happier and I actually enjoy being in the kitchen again.” — Renee W.
This was created for real midlife — not the imaginary version where you have endless time to meal prep, exercise and think about yourself.
This may be right for you if you:
This probably isn’t right for you if you:
Inside the Reset you will not find:
❌ calorie counting
❌ keto or extreme low-carb rules
❌ intermittent fasting requirements
❌ shakes or meal replacements
❌ elimination of entire food groups
❌ complicated macro tracking
Instead, you’ll have a clear food and movement structure built around the foundations that matter in midlife
— without making your health another full-time job.
Healthy eating doesn’t need to be complicated.
A complete meal plan with your meals already mapped out.
Meals for real-life days
No staring into the fridge at 6pm wondering what to make.
The nutrition maths has been done for you
Meals structured around protein, plants, fibre and balanced carbohydrates — so you don’t have to calculate everything yourself.
No calculating whether you’ve had enough protein, fibre or the “right” carbs.
Start where you are
Simple movement and strength guidance designed to support muscle and keep you moving — without punishing workouts.
No wondering what exercise to do more of – cardio? strength? resistance?
Questions will come up once you start.
Post them in the private group and I’ll respond within 24 hours — so you can get an answer and keep moving rather than heading back to Google.
No disappearing down another Google rabbit hole.
You won’t.
There will be meals out, busy days, family commitments and days when the plan simply doesn’t happen.
That’s life, not failure.
The goal isn’t 28 perfect days.
It’s learning how to keep going without one imperfect day turning into three weeks of: “I’ll start again Monday.”
Changes in hormones, muscle, insulin sensitivity, sleep and stress can all influence energy, appetite and body composition through midlife.
That’s why simply eating less and exercising harder isn’t necessarily the answer.
The Reset focuses on practical foundations — nourishing food, adequate protein, movement, strength and sustainable routines — rather than greater restriction.
Hi, I’m Sally.
I’ve spent more than 20 years working with women’s health — but I’ve also lived through the point where looking after yourself starts feeling like another thing on an already-full list.
That’s one reason I created the Reset.
I didn’t want to give women another complicated health regime to follow. I wanted to make the foundations easier to actually do.
I’m a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist, and my approach combines clinical experience with something equally important: what will realistically work in your life.
“Before joining, I was overwhelmed trying to find reputable support for my menopause symptoms -> weight gain, anxiety and brain fog. I wanted something sustainable, not another influencer quick fix. What I found was a gentle, nourishing approach that doesn’t feel restrictive or like a chore. Now my mind and body feel supported and working together. It feels liberating, like I’m finally doing something genuinely positive for my wellbeing.” — Kylie R
“I went from grabbing takeaway whenever I couldn’t be bothered cooking, to feeling organised, prepared and actually excited about food. My brain fog has lifted, my clothes are fitting better, and I’ve lost centimetres around my tummy. What surprised me most was the mindset shift, I now know I can cook easy, delicious meals even on my busiest days.” — Noelene W
“Before the program I was overwhelmed by menopause symptoms — mood swings, fatigue, brain fog and zero motivation. The program was simple to follow and the weekly group check-ins made me feel genuinely supported, not just by Sally but by women on the same journey. Since finishing, my sleep and moods have improved and I feel lighter and more like myself again.” — Claire S
“I came in with belly bloat and that dreaded 3pm energy crash. My only worry was whether I’d enjoy the food, turns out the whole family eats these meals now, no separate cooking required. Less bloating, more energy, clearer thinking. I feel lighter and happier, and I actually enjoy being in the kitchen again.” — Renee W
