Your midlife body has changed. What deserves attention first?

You’re trying to look after yourself, but you’re still waking tired, feeling uncomfortable after meals or wondering why your clothes fit differently.

Perhaps you’ve tried changing your food, taking supplements or following advice — without really knowing whether you’re addressing what matters for you.

A Personalised Health Review brings your symptoms, health history, existing results and everyday circumstances into one conversation.

Together, we identify priorities and build a practical plan for the body and life you have now.

When you’re doing your best, but still don’t feel your best

Maybe you’re eating reasonably well, trying to stay active and doing all the things you’ve been told should help.

Yet you’re still dealing with fatigue, interrupted sleep, digestive discomfort, changing weight, mood fluctuations or other symptoms that seem to have appeared or become more noticeable in midlife.

And you’re left wondering:

  • Is this just menopause, or is something else contributing?
  • Why don’t the things that used to work seem to work anymore?
  • Could my thyroid, metabolism, digestion or stress response be involved?
  • Are the supplements I’m taking actually appropriate for me?
  • Where should I focus my efforts first?

The difficulty is that these changes don’t always happen in isolation.

Menopausal hormone shifts may be part of the picture, but your health history, nutritional status, metabolic health, sleep, stress, lifestyle and other factors can also play a role.

Understanding your individual circumstances is the starting point for making more informed choices.

A closer look at your health. A clearer way forward.

Your symptoms don’t exist in isolation — and neither should your health assessment.
Your Personalised Health Review brings together your history, symptoms, existing results and everyday circumstances to help identify what may be contributing to how you’re feeling and where to focus your attention first.

Tell Me Your Story

Before we meet — getting to know you

Your health journey is unique. Through two pre-consultation forms, you’ll share your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and what you’ve already tried, helping me understand your concerns before we meet.

Preparing for Your Consultation

Why do this beforehand?

I’ll review your health information, pathology, functional testing, medications and supplements beforehand, so we can spend more of our consultation exploring what matters most to you.

You’ll arrive knowing I’ve already taken the time to get to know your health story.

Joining the Dots

Together, we’ll explore the clues, identify possible underlying contributors and consider how your symptoms and body systems may be connected, rather than looking at each symptom in isolation.

Your Personalised Health Roadmap

You’ll receive a written report outlining your key findings, health priorities and a practical 4–6 week plan, giving you clear, achievable steps towards your health goals.

More than answers to your symptoms — a clearer understanding of your health and a practical path forward.

Ongoing care, if you need it

You can book follow-up appointments to review your progress, discuss new results, reassess priorities or adjust your plan.

Ongoing appointments are available when needed, without requiring you to enrol in a longer programme.

A little about me

I’m Sally Pattison, a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Medical Herbalist.

My professional background spans diagnostic medical imaging, including Nuclear Medicine, and more than three decades working in natural healthcare.

That combination has shaped the way I approach women’s health: respecting the value of medical investigation while also paying attention to the broader picture of nutrition, lifestyle, physiology and personal circumstances.

I believe good healthcare begins with listening, asking thoughtful questions and understanding the person experiencing the symptoms.

Especially in midlife, when several changes may be happening at once.

My role is to help you make sense of the information, recognise what deserves attention and find a practical way forward.

Frequently asked questions

Both services include personalised assessment and planning.
